| 1912 | Tomikichi Takahashi establised Takahashi iron factory in Naka-ku, Nagoya city. |

| 1961 | Second president Sukeo Takahashi moved the office building to Umate-cho, Nakagawa-ku, Nagoya-city. |
| 1965 | Limited company Takahashi brothers iron factory was incorporated. Hirokazu Takahashi became the president. |
| 1966 | First factory was completed to start producing of machine tool parts. |
| 1970 | First plant was enlarged. |
| 1972 | Started producing parts for rotary machines and control systems. |
| 1974 | Started implementation of NC lathes. |
| 1980 | New head office building was completed and started implementation of machining centers. |
| 1985 | Constructed the second factory. Started implementation of NC Ball type 6 Axis; 3-D inspection Room was completed. |
| 1986 | Started producing aircraft parts and other ultra precise parts. Established Takahashi Co.,Ltd. with capital funds of 20 million yen. |
| 1988 | Moved the head office and new factory to present address. |
| 1991,7 | Recognized as stock company Takahashi Teknia Co.,Ltd. |
| 1992,5 | Increased the capital funds to 30 million yen. |
| 1992,8 | Increased the capital funds to 45 million yen. (of which 15 million was from Nagoya Small and Medium Business Investment & Consultation CO.,Ltd. [SBIC Central Japan]) |
| 1997,4 | Completion of Saya factory |
| 2001,8 | Hiroshige Takahashi became the president. |
| 2002 | Set up the system of CAD/CAM. |
| 2003,2 | Implementation of 5 Axis machining. |
| 2004 | Started up the design sector and the unit assembly sector. Acquired the ISO9001 certification. Opend TEKNIA College. |
| 2005 | Changed the name of Saya factory to Aisai factory. |
| 2006,2 | Launched worker dispatch service. |
| 2007,1 | Started operation in Thailand. |
| 2008,6 | Increased the stock in Thai factory. Acquired the JISQ9100 certification. |
| 2011,4 | Changed the company name to TEKNIA Co.,Ltd. certified as Aichi quality company |
